Everyone is correct on this topic. Like I said in another forum, I've
been in the mental healthcare biz for over 6 years and women have more
appearance issues than men. It's sad, but real. We (men) have self
esteem issues because we want this pseudo-perfect woman and we make
women feel as if they are not good enough for us. I'm not speaking for
ALL men, but there are plenty of us who have donated a small
contribution to bulimia and anorexia. We also play a small role in
another sense that we place additional stress on vulnerable women who
tend to turn to food as an outlet for depression, thus, leading to
weight gain (once again, our fault). These two issues go hand in hand
and they do not recognize genders or colors. Insecurity is in the eyes
of the beholder and if we were a little nicer sometimes, then maybe we
could eliminate one day of suffering for someone.

Dear imtonyskaboni........I hope you wake up on Christmas morning with

son of a bitch. I used to deal with mental health patients everyday for
5 years until I couldn't stand to watch people suffer from depression
and other mental disorders. Now what Sushi said is correct, suicides
spark around ANY holiday due to simple depair and other issues and it's
jackasses like yourself that makes it easier for people to follow
through with suicide attempts. At my previous job, I did crisis
intervention over the holidays and check this out you little shit,
several calls ended in the death of the person on the other end. So
before you decide to judge someone and make idiotic comments.....take a
look at life and hope someone who is overly depressed doesn't walk up on
you and beat the shit out of your head. Merry Christmas you ass.
