Morning everyone, I'm writing a menu for a banquet next week, need some opinions if you don't mind: 1st Course 50 Arugula and Frisee salad, spiced walnuts, and nasturtiums, Grapefruit Vinnagrette 2nd Course 38 Seared tournade of Beef Tenderloin, Red Lentil and Wild Rice Pilaf, Patty Pan Squash, Asparagus, Red Wine Demi Glace 3rd Course 50 Raspberry Sorbet with a mint tuilé, Trio of raspberries, black, red, golden 15 Childrens Entrée’s Fried Chicken tenders, French Fries Fruit cup instead of Veg. 50 people, 50th wedding anniversary OMFG!!!!!! I understood the chicken tenders!!!!! Guess I gotta get out of the north country!!!! sad huh??? Hey, Vermont is North Country hahahaha
