I don't know about that, there's no one around to look over your shoulder, or tell you what ur doing wrong. Mine just leave me notes to tell me what I need to know. Hardly ever see a manager. Yeah I'm a Night Manager/Director at a Halfway house for my 2nd job... Good way to give back to the community. |
