Lillabelle, I think I encountered the same guy "Brian". He sounded very nice and sincere in his e-mails. I have been a military spouse in my former life and he was just piling it on too thickly and would not answer my questions. His insignia on his uniform gave him away as most likely a Corporal and not a Major in the US Marines currently in Afghanistan. Thanks to 'soufiehere's directions I just reported him by the way. But now I am getting discouraged, it took some guts to even sign on here and now I trust even less. I thought of myself as intelligent, but now not so much. Arrrghhh I even send the guy some pictures. Oh someone give me a smack in the head for that!

Hi, just signed up yesterday. Took a little courage I have to say. To start with- yep, made the half century mark this year, but in my mind & heart younger than the BIG FIVE O. Been divorced for some years, so I don't think signing up is a re-bound thing for me and anyways simple looking to meet interesting people from all over. Myself I am now residing in AZ, but was born and raised in a country in Europa.
