To help me with something... all opinions welcome... Does it mean it's time to get a new monitor when it screeches at you every time you're logging off, or is there a simple fix for this? It's a brain piercing screech... I have to turn off the monitor while my computer is logging off because I can't stand it. It didn't always do that. It could be the electronics squealing from components being on their death throws. Stuff like step-up transformers going bad or capacitors going out. Flat panels are cheap right now, so you'd best be served by going out and getting one, anyway. you had me at step up transformers and capacitors.... |
