You are right, this reaction is not about men, or not only about men. We are usually pleased if a friend does well (as long as it's not TOO much better than ourselves.) Women ARE more jealous of each other. Why do you think b1tchy is a specifically female adjective? And she was right so to do. Men have equal or worse faults, but this is something you have rightly pointed out is more on the distaff side. Stop wussing out. |

I met someone recently here, and we "broke up" because he said the distance was a problem for him. My problem is, I want to "be friends" cuz I don't want to totally "lose" him, but I still have very strong feelings for him!  I never tell him, cuz I am afraid he'll just not want anything to do with me at all! Do you think I should let him know how I feel, or just "be friends"? Any advice at all, please!!
You say he btoke up with you because of the distance. Tell him. It might make him more interested if he knows, he might even realise he feels the same. And if he runs, what have you lost? You say he has already broken up with you. |
