I am sorry to hear that Angel but maybe it is time to find another. As
our Italian chef said, it is his loss. Don't let it become your loss as
well. You are a beautiful lady and if you are hung up on this guy, then
let him know that he is about to lose you. Next time he calls to make
plans, tell him you already have plans. Don't lead him to believe he can
play that game with you.

I don't know. Sounds to me as if the guy doesn't have his priorities set
right. Once in awhile, maybe, but it better be a good reason but to do
it often, it's time to move on.

Well, you are getting a full room here... put on your chef's apron and
your chef's hat and let's all get to eating.

LOL Morena... I hear ya there. I too am a smoker who has tried to quite
more times than I have fingers and toes... that makes more than two
dozen times. That is part of the reason why I used smoking as an
example. I could have when with unprotected sex where the person could
have the burden of an STD or AIDS and have chosen that as his/her death
wish... or an unwatned pregnancy where the child could be a burden and
in some cases, make you wish you were dead. Don't get me wrong there, I
love children, lord knows I have enough of them.

Thank you Morena, but I wish I wasn't right. There is way too much
ignorance in the world today. It makes me wonder what the future of our
children holds.

I disagree... the way we live our lives pretty much grants us our
burdens and death. Smokers are burdened with the addiction and shorten
their life expectancy and may also be choosing cancer as their death
wish. That is just one example.

Friends are good to have. Networking is the key. How are you coming
along with your studying and math?

Although I know that all these are important (except maybe looks), how
would you rate them in order of most imortant to least important.
Communication
Trust
Honesty
Being true to your partner
grooming
looks

Well, my verdict on this site is still out. I have been to other sites
and found that most of them are cons from people looking to prey on the
lonely and suck their money dry. I also found those who post gorgeous
pictures and lure you into joinging a website that will cost you money.
If you do find those people who match what you look for, be careful of
the cons.

I was trying to joke, I guess my sense of humor just isn't there
tonight. Come to think of it, I can't recall any night that it is there.

I am just saying be yourself man. Don't make a huge deal out if it. If
you aren't comfortable with the idea of receiving flowers, let her know
and let her know why. She will respect your honesty and who knows, may
even be able to change your thoughts on the concept but whatever you do,
be real about it and don't pretend. It will only come back to haunt you
later if you do.

What do you need help with on your math? As far as women ruling the
world... Hillary did just fine during her presidency.

OK, let me be the oddball out on this. Giving women flowers and cady has
always been an old fashioned gesture, and a good gesture. It seems
today, women feel comfortable giving men flowers as well. Me, I am not
comfortable recieving flowers. I would prefer something else as I have
always found flowers to be a feminine gesture and not masculine. Does
this mean that I am not in touch with my feminine side? I doubt it as I
write poetry that is sweet and sincere, I am not afraid to use the word
"cute" and I will have sex on the beach (the drink as well) which sweet
drinks are looked upon by many men as being feminine. However, just
because I, or anyone else, is not comfortable receiving flowers, it does
not mean that the person I am dating would know that. If it makes you
uncomfortable, tell her and explain why. She will understand just don't
belittle her. Also, for those men that are comfortable receiving
flowers, it does not mean you should take their man cards from them
either. It is an expression of the woman's heart and she knows how she
feels when she gets flowers, and it may make her feel the same to give
them. Be true to yourself, be true to the lady, and most of all, keep
the communication lines open. Try telling her the things you would
rather get from her... such as a kiss, or a hug, or a box of chocolates
(you don't have to take care of those chocolates now) ;-).

Mine is September 30. Though I see there are a few Libras, none have
matched mine either.
