Love is always an individual matter...even though "romantic" love implies another that is equally smitten. Our love is always misunderstood, used against us, taken un-returned, and rarely...dynamically woven with another's interest. After being broken, love must have time to heal before it's purity returns, and it is ready to gift to another. Love is elastic, and it stretches around amazing dissimilarities...turning them into collaborative strengths. Listening is love, and the attentive mind-state is the work love demands. Ultimately, love is durable, and we need to remember that even if our love gets savaged...and we have apparently done nothing wrong...our love may retreat but it will come back to our nature as strong, or better than before. Love is a solitary journey filled with birthday presents, holidays, cooking for others, Christmas, etc. Love really isn't for the other, but it's character will closely match the character of your other's love. Together, your people will look at you and see only one love...while your solitary love is happy to have found it's like.
