I have 3 teenagers and I can totally understand your dilemma. However, I don't think, Military school is the answer.
I would think the reason, why your son is rebelling is of course because of the split and in your case, he is taking the route of the least resistance (which is you). He has to retalliate against somebody and since his Dad is obviously the stronger one, he retalliates against you. Also, have you checked with your ex, if he is in any way undermining your authority? It's not a matter of , who hits and who doesn't (which I don't think anyone ever should), it's a matter of getting through. You know, kids and especially teenagers don't EVER listen to threats or scxreaming and yelling. They just shut off. Maybe he doesn't feel heard and, like so many others is using negative attention to make themselves heard, even if it is in a bad way. I wish you all the best

Every sport's got that athlete that's has stood out over the years to become "the" players like MJ, Gretsky, Joe Montana, Tiger woods, Dale Earnhardt, Michael Schumacher etc... But who is it for the world's most popular sport? I say as of right now, Cristiano Ronaldo is the best player in the world at the moment, he's been in a unstoppable form for United and he'll shine for Portugal in Austria/Switzerland this summer for Euro 2008. As for the greatest player of all time: For me, It's gonna be Franz Beckenbauer aka "Der Kaiser" the greatest defender the game has ever produced, he's done it all. Won the world cup as a player and a coach, he's won the CL with Bayern so many times, he's even played a match with a discolated shoulder and still scored a goal! He's been an influential person to the sport for 50 years now since making his debut in Sweden '58, he's even helped the sport grow in America as part of the ultimately ill-fated NY Cosmos. Who do you think is the best player of all time and of now? I agree with you on Franz Beckenbauer. However, I would like to add Uwe Seeler to that

Unfortunately it DOES happen everywhere. I don't know the job situation in your state. You might want to try one of the online job sites. I used to do a lot of hiring in a previous job, and that's where I got most of my employees.
Also, how is you relationship with your actual boss? Does he have an open door policy? Can you addres grievances with him? Good luck

Is it really that difficult a thing to say? I don't really mean to complain, but it seems like this simple common courtesy has been lost. Maybe it's just my generation. Women, I understand if you don't reply to "ur hot wanna F***" I wouldn't either if I were you. But when a guy takes the time to write up a decent e-mail and you aren't interested, please do him the courtesy of at least saying, "No thanks." I'd really appreciate it.
