Wow dude! Not trying to sound bad, but I have to tell you from a business stand-point, that's not a wise idea at all! 
WHY would you want to do that??? There are hundreds or even thousands of sites like that..and you would be paying people to go to your site? If you want to just give money away, go by yourself something with it, you'll get more out of it. If you have something that is really cool and unique to offer the internet world, you won;t have to pay anyone anything...you will get paid! Otherwise you basically have nothing but a pocket drain. There is a new "Internet World" (it's an Intranet) coming out later this year..its in beta now...will be the next generation of the "Internet" for the most part.
