As we get older, range of motion starts to become an issue if don't stay more active and try to have a healthy diet with plenty of fiber.

Pilates and Yoga are both excellent forms exercise that can help with range of motion issues and can be funner when done with a friend.

most definitely. I do Yoga daily in my swimming pool or outside in my backyard
