Spot on man, though i don't want to get into an argument about religion, but i want more than anything to date a fellow believer, the problem with that is i am not baptized yet and most of the women in my local congregation are baptized publishers and there are more women my age then men, so you would think it would be easy, its not.
I believe in what i am doing but i find it about 10x harder to date in my congregation since "alot" of complications come in to play. More so than outside with worldly people. But i hope i meet someone eventually. |

Why close a profile? You might catch someones eye. Ill be here as long as it takes, i mean if i am not dating now why just give up. Going to this site was just an act of late night boredom, yes i want to find someone but i would not just give up. Besides this site is kinda cool.
I don't see why you would just close your profile. I will keep it open as long as i have too. I am also a forum goer, i LOVE forums! Get into the forums and log on every few days. And to the guy that said people are not who they claim to be and this and other sites are trash. I would think again and stop being so negetive. You do have a few people here and there that lie but most people are pretty legit. You should also set your standards lower if you want to find someone. Am i after a supermodel? Sure it would be nice but NO, i give everyone a chance. I have been single for a few years now do to me living in a stupid small town full of nothing to do and not knowing anyone. Do i give up? I could claim that I am a great catch and what would that be? At least speaking for my generation of young adults, writing a profile is (almost) completely pointless. I could write, as I have in my profile, a bit about myself, what I'd like them to know without them knowing too much. But, if the physical attraction isn't there, almost every time, the profile doesn't even matter. Let's not mention when I read THEIR profile, write them a message based on what I saw in the profile, and it's the opposite of what they want. True that :P |

Yeah yeah my pics are dull but its whatever, i live in a cruddy lil town and decided to try online dating (Oh How Fun!)
Anyway take a peek at my profile and tell me what you think, the pics are about a year old since they are all i had on hand atm, but i plan to upload more when i get a few. I look the same exept no chinstrap and my hair is less jelled and fohawked. Oh ya and this is my first post YAY! |
