wow, you have left things a bit late. Teenagers are in the process of becoming adults, so learning from their parents is naturally much less of a priority to them. They are becoming more independant, whatever they turn out to be like is your fault, not theirs. A paret or guardians job is never over so therefor it's never too late....and children dot always turn out exactly the way you want them to no matter how much you try to lead by example....that doesn't mean you stop trying. And it isn't my parents fault for some of my flaws so I wouldn't blame them....nor would I say anything crazy like my nieces flaws arent a product of her independent thoughts either. |

If you knew the REAL story behind the Tuskegee Airmen your heart would be broken and you would be enraged at the same time. These men put their lives on the line for America during WWII and were used for Syphilis experiments as in Infected and refused treatment to see what the long term effects of the disease would be. It wasn't until the 1950s when the military admitted to the experiments. Also the contributions of blacks in the Civil War are so overlooked sometimes. There is stuff people just would not be able to wrap their heads around. But hey, even a bad movie still at least means someone out there remembers! I do know the history...my opinion was strictly based in the movie not the actual events. The base of the movie is fact however the rest of it is purely entertainment...and that's what I was commenting on. It is a very sad time in history, I am glad someone actually made the effort but like said I think if it was directed by someone else I may have enjoyed the movie more. |

Awesome that someone finally made an attempt at honoring African Americans in the military, however...I think this movie was poorly directed. The scenes were slightly awkward at times and the transitions were kind of weird/corny as well. Actors I think we're mediocre, I'm not a fan of Cuba Gooding so....the dialogue at some points were a little on the corny side too. I chalked that up to how they talked in the 40's. Anyway...I'd love to see this made by an awesome director....with a little bit of tweaking.

I'm at a real loss here guys....
The person that was suppose to buy my car fell through and now i literally have one day to sell. I fly out on Monday...everyone that has contacted me since wants to offer me something crazy low....way below worth. I already lowered the price and idk what to do at this point. This stupid car has been sooo much hassle and stress its unbelievable....i'm so upset cause i haven't even been able to enjoy the last couple days that i have left on the island...god knows when i'll be able to come back....what the phuck man. Ugh

I hate it when your super irritated and just need your "better half" to give you a sweet little kiss and tell you it's ok but instead your better half is a dipshit and sits there playing games on their iPhone. :O WTF is wrong with him? Now that he knows that I'm going to rip his face off......nothing.
