Hi everybody. Even though I chase pike, smallies and largemouths, trout season opens up soon and even I enjoy fresh trout. After making a meal or 2 I like to smoke them. Anyone have a favorite brine recipe they want to share?

Hi folks, I am new here and sure dont know how to become a part of the conversations so I will just throw this out there and hope thats ok with everyone. Pike fishing is good, sloughs flooded, fishing is good. By the way that smoked salmmon smells good.
