Truely, giving some reply and letting them know is a nice gesture. Also, it lets them know your not interested.

Honesty is the best policy, how else would I or anyone else know what faults you have if nobody tells you?

Ok. So it seems that there aren't many objections to the idea. Does anyone have a clue as to how to drop the suggestion to jsh?

Being able to hold a decent conversation, usually how someone speaks and how much effort they try to put into making a good first impression.

I just thought that perhaps justsayhi (jsh) could allow you to see the last time a user was on the sight. I have no idea if I am messaging people that have not used the site in the last year or decade for that matter.

I'm not complaining in the sense that I am unhappy, it's a free site and for what they offer you really can't be the price. I guess I'm just trying to make a productive suggestion to help facilitate the communication process and wanted to know if anyone else thinks this would be a good idea.
