women dont want a nice guy. they want someone who treats them bad and then they dream about the nice guy. try to find a mixture of both. a little good and a little bad. its seems to have worked for me. in public im kinda mean in privete she is the world. also dont date from work EVER! it never works out unless one of you quits. last thing if you get with a girl while she is with someone else expect her to do the same thing to you. there are good women out there. just look in harder to reach places. no coworkers or women in bars.
