I have some pretty strong feelings for a friend of mine, and I was wondering if anyone has any advice because I'm very torn over whether or not I should tell her.

We've known each other a little under a year, and I've always liked her, but there were too many other people in our lives for me to even think about trying to date her. She finally got rid of the dirtbag she was dating, and she's hinted that she's at least ready to explore the dating world again.

I'm not sure if I'm in the dreaded "friend zone" or not, but I do know she flirts a little with me. The problem is she flirts with a lot of other people too, it's just how she is. However, she has given me a few kisses on the cheek that I don't see her doing with anyone else. We talk about 4 times a week and we usually see each other at least once a week. Sometimes we're in a group, sometimes it's just the two of us.

If anyone has been through anything like this I'd really like to hear your experience and advice! Thanks!!
