I can never understand what you are going through, I'm a Nigerian from west africa. I have never experienced racism first hand, although i've seen it on tv. Don't know if i'm qualified to advice you. But i believe that the best you can do is to teach them to love themselves and people around them, so that they can lift their head high and live far above racism.
