I am open to new things. But I have heard many things people do that are uncouth to say the least. I will refrain as to which is on my mind for now. It is quite horrendous. It's a slippery slope is my point.

I don't either. I sleep with thunderstorm sounds mostly. I like to listen to books or podcasts but it's not good for an already submerged mind. The blue light does not help. I know melatonin is supposed to counteract the effect of blue light but it does not help me.

I must have missed it. Anyway my dreams are ****ed up and varied, I only sleep about 3-4 hours a night. I never have a good one. Anyone care to share something? Make me feel better?

How many of you on here are into the Jeep thing? I am. Wranglers, CJs and so forth... not Cherokees or Libertys it has to be a convertible,traditional Jeep. I know a lot of you are into it and I also know many of you will think I am an *******. We all wave to each other, stop to talk about our Jeeps and it's a genuine community. There is no other (affordable) automobile that is so inclusive and fun as a Jeep. Anyone else into this? And yes I went with Libertys and not Liberties as it is a name. Call me out on my grammar if you must, I may be wrong, it looks wrong but there I said it. Just curious.
