Hi never received any email telling me to reset password. Tried to do it myself anyway but wouldnt accept new password hence having to set up new profile and lose valuable contact links.really not impressed as new member of few weeks
Any advice please

Hi has anyone else been locked out of their account due to mingle not accepting password.ive tried changing password to no avail. Ended up setting up new profile but this means can no longer chat to people from old profile as no way of searching for them by name.finding it very frustrating.only been a member 3 weeks. No wonder people want to to leave the site in case it happens mid chat yet goes against mingles own safety advice. I have lost links a people I had hoped to meet and possibly date. Any advice gratefully received thanks
