most sterlise by boiling the instruments in water problem is economic conditions people cant afford dental charge,so dentist does dentist he cant invest more. i'm using a autoclave. no dont do implants it needs specialisation n very few ppl afford it.i cant invest on it |

the material used for fabrication of implants is costlier,its d major reason..
then the procedure needs very skilled surgeon,good host body etc in india its bit cheaper compared to us uk..its abt$1000 to 1500 |

u hav worked wid abt 20 dentists u might hav seen them treating but what i'm seeing n practicing feels its painless ,i'm cautious abt their pain so put my best to make it painless .. |

after dat where will b pain? i've done it so i'm telling it. our intention is painless treatment n patients satisfaction . moreover psychology is also very important,u hav to b relaxed on chair. |
