sexual harassment is a mental disorder Or criminal act it’s no different than getting mugged by strangers... a stranger can be mental or act as picking on weak victims. In my opinion I think girls who wear too Short clothes and looking sexy and beautiful in public are more likely attracts the rapist. The Rapist will pick on the weak one so they can get away without knowing..
