Topic: most rememberable movie
For an experience, Avatar in 3D on an IMAX screen was awesome. The film itself was generic and overlong, but visually it was exhilarating. At the time the 3D films were rubbish, the SFX added after the film had been finished purely for commercial reasons, but Avatar had the 3D in mind and they blended seamlessly with everything else on screen.

Also, 2001:A Space Odyssey, purely for being a "What-the-****-is-Going-On" movie which I really enjoyed!

Topic: Painful to sit through...

I used to watch a lot of bad movies, because I got some pleasure out of it. Now I just watch good movies and I find it much more rewarding.

I regularly do this with a few friends, a lot of beers and a lot of laughs! Watching something awful can really turn into an awesome night!

For what its worth, Hard Candy (A 14 year old teenage girl raids a man's home suspecting he is a pedophile to expose him) had me clutching my balls in horror!
