WHAT! is it with men?...I am sure there are women out there just as bad but I wouldn't know about that....I just held a 1/2 hour conversation with a man, that I tried to deter away from the subject of sex at least 10 times and he STILL found a way to turn it back around into something about sex. THEN! when I said he "had a one track mind" he replied by telling me, "I am a gentleman, I promise". What happened to the days of dinner and conversation a few times at least before hitting the hay?  Look on the bright side,at least you know he's straight wouldn't bet on it!!  I was thinking the same thing!

I been online for a long long time . Since the days of the commodore , and acoustic modems . If there is one thing i have learned , its this . If someone put in a profile or says there a gentleman ,Kind hearted woman , its normally quite the opposite . A true gentleman , kind hearted woman , need not say these things about themselves , because talking to them for any length of time makes that clear . I guess in short , Deeds not words . SO TRUE!

I know exactly what you mean ... I find the men I've chatted with online fall into 2 very distinct categories - either a) very respectful with very little flirting initially (they'd rather err on the side of caution) or b) very sexual, but constantly trying to convince you how they're 'not just about sex'  I like to flirt and banter with the opposite sex at appropriate times too, but it's a delicate balance when you're JUST beginning to learn about someone. The 'good ones' are gold and I'm honoured to have conversed with some true gentlemen at JSH ... here's to them! (the perv's? well, they can get their own drinks on their way out!  )
