i got nudged a little earlier. it was nice. but not as good as mail... 
see what i mean? Nudging is better then actually writing an entire novel to someone you like and just have them not respond. The nudge I guess gives them the time to check out your profile and see if they want to "Nudge" you back. Lol. |

Check the internet. You might have to buy it online or go to Victoria Secret. They might sell them. My sister for prom bought a strapless bra that worked wonders. It taped to her skin as well though which was a little wierd but it was useful. I do not know where she found it at though.

Stretches and Flexibility

I had knee surgery in September. I went through physical therapy through December. I finally decided that it's time for me to get healthy. I joined a gym. I found out that I really need to work on my flexibility and strength in my legs. Anyone have any good tips on stretches I can do to boost the strength and flexibility in my legs?? I have full range of motion in the leg I had surgery on. I can bend my knee all the way back and straighten it all the way straight. Just need to work on strength. \Try swimming. It relaxes very much so. |
