Did anyone else hear McCain refer to Dem VP hopeful as "Joe the Biden" yesterday during speeches aired on national news programs? This was spewed amidst the venom, ranting, raving and simultaneous pandering to stereotypes Americans have been labeled as during the recent "Joe the Plumber" tour.

On Meet the Press: John McCain was angry, argumentative, obviously on the defensive and rudely kept interrupting while reasonable interview questions were being asked. Isn't the exchange of questions with answers holding insight the essential purpose of an interview? Real Communication meaning an active discussion with back and forth discourse was clearly not McCain’s goal. From my perspective McCain kept 'filibustering' the necessary & important questions posed by Tom Brokaw who was beyond patient with him. McCain seems to have taken speaking cues from Palin, whom I have noticed avoids questions & issues obviously by launching speedily into tirades filling the air with arrogant speech until the point of the answer to the question has been sufficiently convoluted in her mind & she can move on to the next topic or go to a commercial break.
