You do the study. Find out for yourself. Not my job. Most christians are aware that satan is the god of this world system. Many scriptures I already shared with you....go back and re-read. Who do you think tried to tempt Jssus, when He said,"Get thee behind me satan " ..... Study the Word, Cowboy. 
Yeah, Satan tried to tempt Jesus. That doesn't make him God in any way though. I said god of this world system...not God.

One he "did". EG: "..he turned water into wine." He speaks in parables.. ..so you justify this by saying.. "Because he speaks in them, he must act in them too". Awesome. Let me know how that works out for you. The fact you are stuck on this shows your lacking intellect. "Person" is a word also used to describe an "unknown" being. God Satan Little Miss Muffet Cowboy - ALL types of persons. The "term" itself does NOT "lower" God's powers nor does it signify someone making God "one of us". The reader that cannot differentiate the two meanings, is the one of the lower intellect. Surprise there.. Well, no not really. Thank you and very good way of explaining it all. Every time.. MorningSong... The word, "God", IS a title; at the same time, it is also the NAME of YOUR God. This much is both true, and what you are stuck on. Technically, humans (both Biblically and Scientifically speaking), are in fact "Gods" in the concept we have "free will". It is the act of "free will" that constitutes a "God". Man - Gods of Earth (No higher; eg, we don't answer to "wolves" or "cattle") God - God of "ALL". However I won't defend ALL or a majority of Cowboy's beliefs, I'd like to point something out to you and Choco who swears she is both funny and intelligent: A. Cowboy proclaims he is NOT a Christian. B. Cowboy is NOT representing Christianity, he is representing his OWN beliefs, as do I. C. Neither of us "spread false gospel", because you would have to prove our "beliefs" are 100% false; which you cannot do. That said: YOU personally are destroying the "image" of a "Christian". When you say such things as : "I give up." "God is not in you." "I'm done with you." "God will stop you." Each of these, your, statements are contradictions to your own faith. You are JUDGING. You are "belittling/name-calling" in a religious sense. You are "giving" up on your fellow man. You give up on trying to help him "see the light". You are contradicting the idea that we have "free will" with statements such as, "God will stop you". Not to mention, if God did stop Cowboy, your entire Christian religion would then become a total and complete lie. If he stopped Cowboy, God would be then nothing more than an ***hole. He let things like the World Wars, Vietnam, poverty, persecution, the Holocaust, etc ALL happen; but Dammit ta hells if he's gonna let some Jesus look-alike belittle His name! The horror!! xD I'm not going to say Cowboy is "right". I'm not going to say Cowboy is "wrong" either.. I'm merely going to state an observation: Only one of your actions depict "Christianity". Second observation: Just because you say this, he says that, she says this.. That alone will NOT make a "believer" out of the non. They will research it on their own. Jesus can turn water into wine ...but when it comes to turning wine into blood...then all of suddenly he lose his superpowers and his words turn into symbolisms Why does it have to be one way or the other? Is it ludicrous/impossible for one to "real" while the other an "analogy"? so why isn't turning water into wine also symbolism Why does it, again, have to be? Because people like wine. They get creeped out about drinking blood. Except for those strange cults that do drink blood. ..or perhaps one was to show his power, while the other was clearly meant like an "analogy". There is a small group of people (Christians) who do drink each other's blood. I saw something about it on television. I think its really creepy. ..and yet another denomination. *sigh* |
