I wish there was something you could do about RLS. It sucks! RLS? I'm thinking I'm ready for my next life already and I'm not even 30. At a guess, cut back the caffeine, stretching, aerobic excercise, massage, or meditation. Of course, who has time for any of that? with my dog, and I only have one cup of coffee everyday. I wish I had someone to massage my legs! Meditation? Its worth a shot, thank you. Anytime. My ex is a massage therapist and she opened my eyes Vto the range of treatment it offered. Nearly reversed the physical strain left by the army, so now I recommend it to everyone. Sounds like you're already doing pretty well on your own though. : ) |

Dub Step? Indie?

PantyRAID for dubstep. Indie is kind of a ******** marketing term, but if you haven't heard Battles I would highly recommend them. Same goes for TV on the Radio, Grizzly Bear, Animal Collective, and Junip. Octopus Project is pretty wicked. Speaking of which, if you like any of the previous bands, feel free to look up Jagga Jazzist and Nomo as well.
