Agreed on the crispy bacon! But lately I've been obsessed with medium-easy poached eggs, hollandaise, spanish chorizo, and crispy home fries. And buckets of French-pressed coffee with condensed milk. I went with a couple of my chefs and fellow students to cook at our sister culinary school in Yangzhou, southeast province near Shanghai. 4 cities in 5 days and my mind = blown. I'm a lucky guy! Oh. That's cool. ..but I was referring to the flight. xD Ha ok. :D The flights there and back were all Korean airlines, which is now my favorite airline ever. As far as terrorizing goes, we actually arrived close to the 90th anniversary of Communism in china, and everyone I met was really welcoming and friendly. Surprised!
