Doesn't sound like a very good date. Never believe the "treat you like a prince/princess," you will probably be treated like Cinderella before the prince found her! My rule is whoever asks for the date, pays. Unless it is worked out before hand. If I ask someone out I pay. If they ask me out I expect them to pay. For the rest of the questions I think the person was cheap and did not respect themselves or you. End date early!
