in short it a true waste of time, all religion are 100% pure myths. l say look how they live, not what they believe. they are one against nature very controlling hateful kill crazy. learn to become your best friend, love yourself. than you can love others. you'll learn to forgive yourself and others. no more justifying, let go become the person you want to be. want a better world start with yourself. there is only one thing kindness nothing else. at the end of your life the thing at count most is good friends. start by setting down and listen to your breath 3 times a day for 5 minutes, can't handle do 3 hours.
