i ont actuallyhave a distrubeter i have the coil packs,
but i think ill try changing the crank sensor, thank you for your help. |

what and where is the pick up coil. i did check the ignition coil, what
one should i try first? |

i flushed the radiator and remmoved the thermostat thinking there was a
block and its all clean. i was told the crank shaft sensor could be the problem but when i looked into it if that sensor is out the car wint start at all and heat would not affect it and i changed the ignition control module because the lack of spark but it didnt help |

when i put the water the motor is not hot enough to crack the motor, do
you know how i coud find out if there is a sensor in the cooling system? and the fuel is good we tested the pressure and it is perfect pressure |

i have a mechanic look at it and even the manual doesnt cover the
behavior of the car and the mechanic was stumped lol |

and the car wouldnt run long enough to get it to a shop which sucks

do you know what sensor would be doing that, cause i know the crank
shaft sensor relates spark but of that goes out the car shouldnt run til its replaced |

would timing be affected by heat?

it will run for about 15 minutes before its warm then if it dont die by
itself, i shut it off and try ro start it and it dont start |

it wont start for about 5-15 minutes after its shut off,
i also to check if it wah heat that affected it i flushed the radiator and when it wouldnt start i drained and added cold water and then again it started |

yah there it will turn over and everything but there is no spark at the
plugs |

i also checked that there is power to and from it

the starter works good, well at least it always turns over and would
that be affected by heat |

if anyone can help I have a 92 bonneville sse and it when it heats up it
dies and wont start til it cools down, but it does start up, its not over heating but when it dont start there is no spark to the plugs or anywhere it still turns over. we at first thought it was the fuel pump we changed that the fuel filter the spark plugs and the ignition control module and it is still having the problem. please help me? |
