I used to get panic attacks.They made me feel like I couldnt breathe, I would even go to the emergency room to be looked at.Im glad to say I dont really get them anymore. I found you can use your mind to overcome them. Its very possible to think them away.Take your mind off the attack and think of something positive. Hope this helps...Rob
