System of the apollo

Lucid dreams so hollow,

Bathing in the lights of tomorrow,

Ripping away from the sorrow,

A skyward path to follow,

Show me the flow,

Let`s go where no one goes,

Just you and me drifting into the morrow

Methods of a broken mind,

Memories that leave me behind,

I cant look back, and i cant wonder

Because the steps i took begin to blur,

Silhouettes that cease to stir,

Everything becomes so much simpler,

I could never wonder,

How such blunder-ous mechanics could sway me so,

Scars i chose to live with because it makes me whole,

I walk forward in this world and only so,

Every stone to bring me closer...closer to you.

Till then the path is for me alone to take, to break, and make

Till i foresee that figure in the distance,

If it`s meant for me i wont fight the resistance.

I`ll approach this solution and embrace

Knowing that I`ve walked far enough to accept another chase.

Goodbye summer,

Don`t forget me because i`ll remember,

The pain and the gain you had to deliver,

The fun in the sun now begins to wither


Now it`s time to fall,

But we do it to rise up again and consider,

These cold winters wont hesitate to be bitter,

We`ll stay on our grind so that we remember,

To keep our heads up high and embrace this weather =P

I tried to fix what was broken by tainted hands

What ever became of her?

A lost soul stuttered by corrupted demands

Oh how could this be?

Sadly my eyes were too blind to see

Was your heart in command?

Nay, not even such love could foresee,

How grace had fallen so far beyond reach

Could you preach such pain?

Never a thought, for my efforts were of vain,

A wound that i had to maintain

Alone?

Yay, for no one could compare my sane.

A tragic sound no less?

Yet a symphony I no longer submit to stress.

Light the fire in my eyes,
Fool me once and never cry.
Let the world see my plea
That`s forever lost within me.
From dust to ashes my sorrow lies,
Unable to wash away from the tearless skies.
Like flame to candlelight
I die out with endless plight.
I lay mourning in hopes of a sorrow less night.
As I sway left and right
My mind begins to wonder…

lol not how to start off the thread on here. I`m new to this place and I gotta say i`m enjoying the liveliness of the forums section here.

I walk an undefined path,

Through the broken mechanics i fear no wrath,

Such dramatics i see your craft.

An escape for you alone surrounding yourself with melodious tones,

Such harmony will never be honed by another.

Fallen from grace blinded and confused

Never knowing how to face oneself

For what lies on the other side of the mirror

Is nothing but an illusion

A mechanical diffusion.

She moves like a metaphor

With a smile that I would love to adore

A smooth temptation

What an incantation

That brings forth a stirring sensation



Sought by vultures who know no better

A fragility that could undeservingly wither

Though no fortune favors the considered

Left to gaze at such a wondrous figure
