Not neccesarily... it could mean that they are receptive and socially accomodating atleast. If i had to draw conclusion i'd say that in general that responsiveness is a start. People who are too lazy or very selective to communicate casually are not worth your time anyway.

Hey.. i'd just like to say hey and good day, my (hopefully future) friends. I'm currently studying the english bachelors programme at university.
