I'm surprised at how many men say they have read my profile yet I clearly state I'm not interested in older men. And I get 5 out of six msg from guys in their 50s or 60s saying how they liked my profile n want to chat with me....really? You can easily set your Mingle2 filter to specify an age filter. Google how to set an age filter for Mingle2 and then you can get the information. That way when someone over the age tries to contact you, they will be blocked. No feelings will be hurt and you don't have to have the inconvenience to tell them that you are not interested. |

Older women are the ones that are mature, less bitchy, more adventurous, sexy, spontaneous, beautiful, will have tried or want to try new things, and most importantly are so much easier to get along with!!! Older, younger who cares. I would be happy with one with a pulse. |

Deleting a match

How do I remove someone from my Mutual Match list? If clicking on the wee box next to their name on your MutualMatch list does not remove them, you can use this: http://mingle2.com/mutual_match/delete_connection/XXXXXXX where the 'Xs' represent their user-number. To get their user-number, it is the last digits on their profile page in the address box, replace the 'Xs' with those. If you do not have an address bar, right click on their (deactivated) user-name on their profile, click on 'Properties' on the drop-down menu, and take the user-number from the URL (link) provided. Are matches real? No offense, but I have gotten 28, with no views and no mail. I am really suspicious. Especially since when I went totally honest. |

I really feel your pain. I really do. I have had the same experience. I feel your pain so much that I could not even fathom making fun of you. I had the same experience pretty much since joining when I was 46. I have gotten some emails that is after constantly mining the dating sites for just friendship. I am not even looking for sex, just friendship. I have been ridiculed, mocked, and even scammed out of a couple of hundred. I went through a time of being bitter, but now have pretty much gotten over it.
For a time I thought that maybe no nice ladies would even answer these ads. So I tried an experiment. I changed my profile. I all of a sudden became a really good looking millionaire. I was blown away by the views and replies. I did tell all of the nice ladies that it was a charade. I know it is wrong to lie, but I was frustrated. After just watching a trailer for the movie "Fifty Shades of Grey" I have pretty much figured out what women want. I have always figured it out after my charade. I have been toying with the idea of becoming a sugar Daddy. That is paying rent and utilities for some non sexual attention. When I thought about it a couple of years ago, ironically my income doubled. I now make twice what I was making when I first joined this site, so all is not lost. I also drive an almost new car and I am starting to look for my first house. Ironically I am starting to enjoy making money, it grants freedom that is not there when you are struggling. Heck I am really excited about getting a Benz, a car a few years ago that I thought was stupid and frivolous. I used to go to strip clubs, just for attention. THAT is stupid. I don't know the answers. All I know it is extremely harder to meet a nice lady compared when my Dad and Mom met. It is extremely harder to meet a lady compared to when my Grandfather wooed my Grandmother. It seems that the expectations of a suitor is extremely high, almost impossible to reach. When my Dad married my Mom he was just a private in the Army. They are stilled married after 50 years. What advice can I give you, well unfortunately none. None especially since I haven't had one date. Ironically when I do tell ladies on here that I am not looking for sex, almost all of them will ask if I am gay. Trust me, that hurts. I really wish you the best in your search. Take care and God bless. |

Thousands go without water as Detroit cuts service for nonpayment Welcome to the "NEW and Improved" America! When crony corporations control the water, food, utilities, and now our healthcare... while outsourcing our jobs and enjoying tax breaks and welfare we pay for them..... this is our reward! http://www.latimes.com/nation/la-na-detroit-water-20140629-story.html#page=1 |

money in a relationship

What is your opinion ? If you have money and material means ? Should u date someone who dose'nt ? Oh goodie... another topic my vast experience with men gave me the wisdom and now the opportunity to share my life's lessons over... Husband #1 had college education, career and money and didn't want me working, so he supported me in a fashion I became accustomed too. Husband #2 had a high school diploma and was working, living independently when we met. After he asked me to marry him and we wed, he quit his job and relied on me to support him for the most part while he worked out at the gym daily... left a bitter taste in my mouth. Husband #3 had no high school diploma but was an extremely hard worker and we pulled together building a life we both enjoyed. Of these three experiences, I have to admit that I enjoyed being spoiled by #1, but divorced him so I could have a career of my own. #2 taught me that no amount of love or "good lovin" is worth taking on all the responsibility for two people to survive. #3 once again spoiled me because I experienced what it's like to work with a partner to build a life we could both be proud of, even when we didn't so much agree personally. With all this experience, I can honestly say that I don't want another man I have to support. I want a man to partner with so we can help each other get where we both want to go. |

I have some news for you CindyLLe. Most whites share the same stock as Indians. Basically we as a people sort of came from the same place that they are now. For some reason God wanted us to migrate West which we did. Indio European is another name for whites. Also Aryan, which was revered by the Third Reich as well as the Swastika were Indian symbols. Aryan is just Sanskrit for Noble or nobleman. Until the twentieth century a lot of borders have shifted all over the world and languages have been born out of common dialects. One example is that English and Dutch are just dialects of the German language. Ironically the German Language was not really established until the printing press, and the translation of the Bible from Latin to German. If you look at a common Indian you will find his features are probably more like the white people's features than compared to the Africans or Asians. Ironically the name Caucasian came from the Caucus region of Asia, not someplace in Europe. If you are a Christian, and you literally believe the Bible, the three wise men were probably Indians.

As much as I support a secure border and hate illegal immigration, I cannot help feeling sorry for these youths. It is really sad that prosperity doesn't take root in those Latin American countries. I never had kids unfortunately, but I could never see sending my kid thousands and thousands of miles away just so they would have a chance of a better life. I have always hated the fact that the Government of Mexico won't secure their country, steal their resources, and basically deny their citizens the basic rights that most Americans take for granted. If it wasn't for other countries investing in Mexico, there wouldn't be any middle class, just the horribly poor and the thieves in the Government. Hopefully before I go into the ground, Mexicans will be as prosperous as the Canadians; and the Central Americans will be on their way. I don't see it with their horrible socialism. Ironically the Germans lost multitudes of people to the US before they adopted freedom.

When J Howard Marshall wheel chair was pushed in that strip club in Dallas. The eyes of Anna Nicole Smith met J Howard's Marshall and true love blossomed. Him being an old multi millionaire tycoon didn't really matter. Ironically I think he did it because his family truly loved him so much that they couldn't wait for him to die, so in the end he screwed them. Like in the song of Ol Frank she cried all the way to the grave that he laid, and she smiled all the way to the bank.
