I've noticed a couple of comments about women being "smarter" than men. I'm sorry, but being intelligent about some things don't make you "smarter". Showing superiority is a sign of insecurity.

I have an above average IQ. I am intelligent about music, food and flavors, cooking, computers, and electronics. I also blog and build websites for the fun of it. I am a complex person, with complex interests. Does this make me "smarter" than anyone? No, because there's always someone who knows something I don't.

Don't just assume the person you are speaking with is dumb or simple because they may not know about the subjects you're talking about. Also, don't assume we guys can read your mind because we can't.

My last girlfriend thought she knew it all. Unfortunately, she also didn't know that she quite frequently did the majority of the things listed in the OP. Such a pity because I cared for her deeply.
