ever try going for a bike ride or a swim before/after a run? that can really mess with you in funny ways too

you could try trail runnin and throw in a few push-ups, sit-ups, etc. along the way for a whole body workout. you might be surprised how much harder your run can get by adding a small amount of circuit-type workout elements to it. i know i was the first time i tried it.... weight lifting directly before or after can change the nature of your run drastically due to fast/slow twitch muscle endurance/fatigue/recovery, blood sugar changes, carb. and protein intake/expenditure. it's fun to adjust all those little things and see how your body reacts differently. happy trails!

There is a scam behind this, more prevalent here in Europe, similar to brides from Thailand, can't really blame them life is very hard in Russia and Eastern-european countries, we have alot of them here, their economy is appalling and life very hard. Have come across a couple of them in work, and they are to be pitied. B. that is the 'soft power' phenomena/side effect at work eh? |
