I am a single mom of 2 kids. It is hard to date when you have little ones. However, keep the kids away from the men you are meeting until u know its serious. You don't want ur kid thinking they have 5 dads. Trust me I have a friend and her kid thinks that. Be safe and have fun, but leave you child with family or a sitter. :-)
