LEGAL QUESTION,,,
|
|
Hi,
I'm not a qualified lawyer, but I am studying to be a solicitor and have worked for a few law firms. An annulment is not the appropriate avenue, my understanding is that annulment is for short lived 'mistake' marriages, to make it as if it never happened. Where a marriage has happened, it needs to be brought to an end by divorce. If you don't want to spend money, and if finances are tight, there are several options available. Husband's consent is easiest but that looks unlikely from what you said. Try pro-bono centers and law school/university law groups, they often do free legal work for those without the financial means to access legal advice. |

Heya!
Trying to gauge whether/how much people actually use this site. Any Londoners here in my age bracket (23) who are actually looking to meet someone? |
