Have you been baptised? and how was it done? in the name of the Father , son and the Holy Ghost or in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ Why make a debate out of this? Why scrutinize? Next, there will be doubtful disputing over the validity of one another's salvation. Paul's instructions were acceptible. Jesus mentioned all three and He has all power and authority. Jesus has the last word on every thing. That covers ALL our bases. When Jesus came to John to be baptised, it didn't make sense... to John to baptize the Son of God, it was something of an oxymoron... [[[...after all John had just mentioned to the crowd, before Jesus approached the scene..., "I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance: but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire:]]] but Jesus said "Suffer it to be so now: for thus it becometh us to fulfil all righteousness." In laymen's terms Jesus said "just do it". Jesus said do it so.. but peter baptize in the name of Jesus... so who are we to follow? peter is a follower of Jesus and he know all this things yet batpize in the name of Jesus, why? I believe it is safe to advise you to baptize in the Name of The Father, of The Son, and of the Holy Spirit. All 3 at once, that way you cover all your bases (in case anyone is skeptical of any Name being left out.) it satisfies all opinions. When in doubt...trust Jesus! Now we are in the age of pale horse rider, study to show your self approve unto God, don't read Bible but study Bible. Bible is the written mind of God and except God tell you what he wrote, you will never understand it, why bcos they are written in coded symbols. [Baptism is only in the name of the Lord Jesus] if you want to identify with the lord Jesus. |

Keep your faith not bcos of what you will gain . but because you have a revelation of whom God is, therefore strive to enter!

REVEREND FATHERS/SISTERS.

BEING A REVERENED FATHER/SISTER, is it a sin? Are we going against God's injunction which says we should multiply? Why do catholics revere MARY above JESUS. I dont think it is sin. I think God blessed us to multiply but did not order us to as it states that choosing not to marry is an option and sex was supposed to be a function of marriage to avoid being consumed in lust,,, I have a cousin who is catholic but does not revere Mary above Jesus, but Im sure personal interpretations and beliefs vary in the catholic community as much as in any other,,, Believe it or not , catholic is a never Christian church of Jesus. Thanks people. I jst needed an assurance of faith to pull through this evil world. I doubt if Sodom and Gomorah were as half as sinful as this present generation. May God keep us in the right path by His grace. Amen have you recieve the Holyghost? |

When we ask for something in prayer, is it ok to keep reminding God about it? 14, "And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us: 15, And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him." 1 John 5:14-17 what is the thing is not yet arrvie? what can we do? |

It should be done in the Name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost as instructed by The Lord, Jesus Christ, Himself. 17, And when they saw him, they worshipped him: but some doubted. 18, And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. 19, Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: what is the name of the father? and what is the name of the son and what is the name of the holyghost? 20, Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, read this by yourself: Acts 2:38 King James Version (KJV) 38Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. even unto the end of the world. Amen. the correct water baptism is done in the name of the Lord Jesus and not father son and holyghost as most of the church do this day, it is lack of revelation of the word of God that lead them to do so.. Jesus mostly speaks in parable to the multitude but to his disciples he give them the interpretation . Bible said the i have manifested your name; means that the name of the father is Jesus. john 17 vs 6, and Jesus said that the Holyghost will come in my name. john 14 vs 26 so for you to do a baptism rightly, it must be in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ act 2 vs 38, How can that be when Jesus specifically said to baptise in the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost? How can you refute Jesus' own words? |
