I made a pot roast in the crockpot yesterday. For lunch today, I am using the leftovers (reserve some of the broth). I diced up the remaining meat, carrots, and potatoes. Put a little oil in a pan, fried it up with some eggs and made hash.

What is the most recent thing you have made from scratch? I just made homemade fresh pumpkin pie. If anyone wants the recipe, just let me know.

I am not currently married, but I have been. My thoughts are that marriage isn't for everyone. It's a commitment between two people who have to work together to make it work. It's a 50/50 relationship, not 20/80, or 110/0. Your partner should be your best friend.
