use mozzerla for this classic and wonder bread have a few pickles on the side

That sounds good, love mozzarella, but never thought about using it for that. I will have to try that.....minus the pickles, yuck.

Gouda is gooda OK, that was REALLY bad. But Gouda does make a good grill cheese.

Mozz, Gouda, Montery Jack, plus a sprinkle of nutmeg and WOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW what a difference the nutmeg makes, try it and TRY to prove me wrong

instead of spreading butter on outer pieces of bread, try a light spread of mayo - really browns up nice - tastes great too

i do use mozzarella, and i also stuff it with mushrooms and pepperoni i use the sandwich maker for this though, otherwise it'd all be flowing out the sides. this way, it's kept in a pocket

Has anyone tried it with mozzarella and cheddar? Yummy !! P.S. - I dip my grilled cheese in mustard.
