My opinion is that you are putting your faith into your potential mate, So, put your faith in God and do not compromise your beliefs. If you want a Christian "man" who is living his life for our Lord Jesus (Lord meaning the boss)( And THE BOSS says wait) then it would not matter to that man , as a matter of fact IF the man you are interested in IS a Christian then waiting wouldnt be anything to even discuss. Once God knows you have Him in his rightful place and your faith is in Him and Him alone, and that He is enough for you, Then God will send you your perfect mate to Honor and Glorify Jesus and believe me unlike some other advice I read on here.
