There is a program that is called "ERD Commander"

It boots from your dvd drive (make sure your BIOS boot sequence is "boot from cd"

You can access your BIOS by hitting f1 or f2 or delete while booting (depending on your BIOS version)

ERD commander has it's own user interface and will allow you to restore your system and recover files.

First open your case and blow it out . Make sure all your connectors are connected and all fans are spinning.

Sometimes it helps to reset your cmos . Unplug your machine and pop out the nickel battery on your motherboard. Put it back in and try to boot.
