Txgal is right, check out the laws in your state, it might surprise you , grandparents alot of times have more rights than the divorcing parents, I have been lucky, me and my ex get along, and my kids are almost grown, but they alsoknow where I stand when it comes to my grandbabies, I will fight tooth and nails for them.
