Yes, and they stink... they're idiots. Been there, done that when I sued an employer YEARS ago, I wrote my own case, all the questions to ask those on the stand, and the courtroom dialogue that i wrote myself... and won, the lawyer did nothing. But I'm not as familiar with this issue and my rights.

PS forgot to add... talking about NYC law, but any input would be helpful. Please don't tell me to get a Lawyer. Wouldn't be asking on the internet if I had one. Thanks
