Does anyone know about this, or is in the field? I need emergency help.
Please write to my MAILBOX instead of here, [I'll see it SOONER] and put
""CO-OP"" In the subject line so I'll know it's first priority. Thanks

Mame laws vary quite a bit from state to state, so you are going to
have to contact your local authorities or a lawyer in your area, some
cities may also have added regulations.

PS forgot to add... talking about NYC law, but any input would be
helpful. Please don't tell me to get a Lawyer. Wouldn't be asking on
the internet if I had one. Thanks

If the fact that you do not have an attorney is only due to cost you can
contact your local "legal aid office" and they can give you free legal
advice. ALL states have them.

Yes, and they stink... they're idiots. Been there, done that when I
sued an employer YEARS ago, I wrote my own case, all the questions to
ask those on the stand, and the courtroom dialogue that i wrote
myself... and won, the lawyer did nothing. But I'm not as familiar
with this issue and my rights.
