ill be dead because of someone elses habit. is that ok with you? you make my point for me. But you said none of those things can affect you but they can. That is what I am saying is all. Everyone has a choise. Like me I quit smoking but smokers still have rights too. Just like You do.

Well think of it this way people drink when they know it can kill them, they drive fast when they know it can kill them, they sky dive when they know it can kill them, they mountain climb when they know it can kill them, they ride bulls that can kill them, they get on a plane knowing it can kill them, they do drugs that they know can kill them, they join the military when they know it can kill them, they have plastic surgery when they know it can kill them, heck stepping out of your house can kill you. Are we all suppose to live in constant fear of all this and more that can kill us? Or better yet lets take it all away from everyone so we can think we have saved the world. none of those things that you might do as mentioned above hurt ME. thats the difference. It can if a drunk driver runs you over and then where will you be?

I am an exsmoker and I am sorry I think these laws are getting out of hand. When are they going to tell you that you can not smoke in you own home. The other thing is WHO are they going to TAX to death when the Government needs more money? Good luck all you smokers.
