I think a family should eat a supper together at 6:30PM sharp.
Going to the park, seeing nature, and getting in touch with the outdoors.
Listening to some John Cougar Mellencamp
Playing with a slinky and watching it tumble down the steps
being kind of old fashion

Having BBQ's with your neighbors

There is a town by me that actually has a 80's fest for a weekend and it is a huge hit. Music, food, beer, and dress contests. Great time. I don't think they will have a 2000's fest.lol

I do this with my twins but at 700 pm the nights when they are with me going to the park, and so on and reading books

Well, I was born in '85 so I don't really say I remember. What I do know is that I was raised by a single mother, and although we only ate one meal a week together, I knew it was so she could provide for my brother, sister and myself.

So, I'm kinda happy with how things are.

Seriously once I get my house, I'm having neighborhood BBQs, maybe even a JSH cookout.

You know you're getting old when the music you like is on vinyl.
